Holy Eucharist

At St. Paul's all who are drawn to Christ are welcome to receive Holy Communion.  "Eucharist" literally means thanksgiving.  It is a thanksgiving meal for God's goodness in creating, redeeming and sustaining this world and our lives.  We come to the table seeking the presence, mercy and love of Christ and leave nourished body and soul by grace to continue loving God and neighbor.  Receiving the Body and Blood of Christ is a moment of holy mystery we are privileged to encounter week after week.
