St. Paul's Episcopal Church Groups
Welcoming members and visitors to St. Paul's.
The Greeters number about sixty strong. They are the men and women you see each Sunday before the 10 a.m. service at the threechurch entrances, Westminster, Porte Cochere and the Main Door facing East Avenue, wearing their Greeters badges and welcoming all as they enter St. Paul's. There is also an 8 a.m. Greeter. In addition, the Greeters staff the Visitors' Table, which is on the front lawn in fair weather and inside at the rear of the Church during inclement times. This is where visitors are welcome to pick up a "red bag", containing information about St. Paul's and our programs and some other surprises. We also welcome visitors to the Coffee Hour and assist them in getting to know their way around the Church. Greeters serve four to six Sundays a year and training is provided. The Greeters would welcome some additions to the group and the Greeters' Chair would be happy to answer questions and sign up new recruits.
