SPECIAL Events at St. Paul's
- September 2011 – May 2012: THE STORY - “St. Paul’s Reads the Bible” This is a 31 week program presented at multiple levels for the entire church, and has been used successfully at a number of Episcopal churches around the country. Everyone, from the youngest through teens and adults, is invited to get to know the stories of the Bible.
- Wednesday Mornings in Lent (3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4) - Eucharist at 7a.m. in the Chantry followed by breakfast in the Parish Hall.
- Thursday Evenings in Lent (3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29) - Eucharist (6 p.m) followed by Soup Supper (6:30 p.m.) and Program (7:00-8:15 p.m.) in the Parish Hall
- March 1st Thursday Evening Lenten Program - Who are the People of Abraham? by The Rev. Canon Denise Yarbrough
- March 2nd at 8 p.m. - Inaugural Recital on the restored Skinner Organ - Dr. Robert Poovey, organist.
- Sunday Afternoons in Lent (3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25) Choral Evensong at 4 p.m.
- March 4th Choral Evensong - with St.Paul's Choir and Choristers followed by organ recital by ESM doctoral student Naomi Gregory
- Interested in spirituality? Join Faith Club this spring to explore The Life of Pi, a fantasy adventure novel about a boy who spends 227 days stranded on a boat in the pacific Ocean with a Bengal tiger. meet Pi, a Hindu born in India, who embraces Christianity's message and then discovers Islam, "a beautiful religion of brotherhood and devotion." Pi becomes a devout member of all three religions, content in his new found sense of God.
